Cornflower blue skies and startling yellow leaves, so bright they almost hurt your eyes.  Near a patient's home in Bountiful.  I tried to take pictures from within the tree.

This is one of my favorite spots in Farmington.  It is right near Lagoon, a long time historic amusement park. You can hear the screams and see the tall rides from here.  Was hoping to get this before the sun set, and the darn horse would not turn the right way.. haaha.  I was trying to get the moon without the streak of grey cloud that was going by.

At the exit near my home.

Looking east towards the city, the view the other direction at the exit to my home.

Catch Up from Prior Days

Trip to Snowbird... Mom and I spent a week at Snowbird and had a great time.  Here are some pictures from our days of wandering around.

Driving up towards Alta, above Snowbird.  Fall is my favorite season, too bad it doesn't last long enough for me.

Taken from the pool at Snowbird.  It was amazing to be the only one floating in the pool, bathtub warm, feasting my eyes on this scene.  Mom was in a lounge chair, reading Louis Lamour she borrowed from Rich.

Flags to honor our vets, posted in front of a Care Center in Kaysville, Utah.  I worked on the 4th because a dear patient died that day, and I wanted to be there for the family.

These folks set up their own complex slip n slide in front of their home.  They do this every year for the 4th of July.  As a kid, my favorite summer thing was that bright yellow slip n slide.  I was so delighted I had to take a picture.  They encouraged me to try it, but I was dressed to work.  The PVC has water coming through each top bar, to keep the plastic wet for sliding.  This was a big family gather, and i thought it was amazing.  LOVE it.
